CSS-chooser page

This page allows one to choose their own preferred stylesheet. This is usually applied to all pages, but there may be the occasional one that I've missed.

No cookies are stored on your computer - all stylesheet selection is done by looking at your IP address. That means that if you're on a dynamic address and it changes, your choice of CSS will be lost. These will also be lost on a server reboot.
