This page shows the current image from the webcam on my Eee PC 701SD. The image is updated via a crontab entry, and refreshes every 5 minutes, while this page refreshes every 305 seconds.
Although the image is not annotated with date and time, it contains this as a comment attribute. I occasionally disable the webcam, or replace the picture with something random.
The page will periodically refresh.
