reliability of any service. Visitors to the site are logged by IP address
and actions (i.e. pages requested or scripts run). I reserve the right to
withdraw any service at any time, and I may add new services and not advertise
them. If I do choose to publish information, I will do so via the
site news page.
Misuse
I may block hosts if I determine that they are misusing the site, are
attempting to advertise their services, use the site in any way contrary to
its purpose, or if I consider such access to be to the disadvantage of other
users, or if I'm just in a grumpy mood and feel like wreaking havoc.
